This course is designed for in-person practice. You're welcome to join virtually and follow along. Zoom info will be in your confirmation email.

Course Theme: Dynamic movement

What to Bring: extra gi, water bottle, athletic tape, personal items, money for meals, etc.

International guest instructors who are leading the course gain both AKDS membership and course registration for free.
