Lake Charles Club
The Lake Charles Karate-do Shotokai Club in Lake Charles, Louisiana, began in 2013. Practices are twice a week for about an hour and a half, and are taught by 2nd degree black belt Kyle Brunner. Don't have any experience? Don't worry, in Shotokai all club members of all levels practice together to learn and grow from one another. Don't have a uniform? No problem! Just wear a t-shirt and sweats and come join us!

Kyle Brunner, 2nd Dan
Kyle Brunner was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has trained in Karate-Do Shotokai since 2003, and received his current rank (2nd Dan) in 2015. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and is currently working as an Engineer Scientist at Sasol. Kyle also enjoys cooking, gardening, and scuba diving.
